About Us

Brian Kates has spent the last two decades trying to discover how to optimally perform mentally and physically while being subjected to the chronic stress of being a working professional in the modern world.

What we’ve learned and believe:

  • Control your breath, control your body.

  • Our bodies need discomfort (not pain).

  • Master form (biomechanics) first.

  • Recovery is the most important part of exercise.

  • Eat mostly plant-based, whole foods
